What is this service? This is a notification service. We have pre-programmed system pluggins that will search websites for any specific item (tangible or non-tangible) and notify you when it finds what you are looking for and we will continue to search for it until you choose that we should stop.

What is the benefit of using this service? Sites like Craigslist, Monster, and Realtor.com have notification services but it is kind of anoying to actually signup for each one and have to check each site to see if your search has been found. *They do not re-run the search for you but we will continue to run the search.*We place searching capability of all these sites in one place. This makes it convenient for you to check all the sites while only looking in one place.

How much does this service cost? This service is completely FREE. There are no hidden charges or any gimmicks.

Once I signup up, what happens then? Once a user signs up to the system, you will receive an email confirming your membership. You will have to confirm it by following the instructions on the email. That is it.

How do I know what services you search? For a current list of services we search, please visit the main landing page or if you are a member go to the services page and view the drop down.

Once I add a search to the system, how long does it take to notify me? On average the system will run searches every five minutes. If you receive results for a search, you will be sent an email or a text message. If no results are available, we do not send out emails but you can check the "Emails" section, which will show you any information generated by the system.

Will the system notify me on duplicate items it finds? No. The system will not add duplicate entries into the system.

How many times a day will the system search for my item(s)? Currently the system is configured to search about three times a day for any particular search. This all depends on when the initial search was run. The initial search will be run minutes after its creation.
Is there a limit on the number of searches I can create? No. A user can create as many searches as long as each search is unique for each service in the system.

How long can I keep a search searching? Once a search has exhausted all of its retries, you can edit the search to add more retry days without any limitation.

What if I see results on the page that should not be there? If the system is returning invalid information, please let us know so that we may be able to correct the issue as soon as possible. You may contact us via the contact us page.

What if I am not getting emails from your system? It is possible that some email providers such as Google, and Yahoo will send emails from this system to the Junk folder. Users will be responsible for flagging these emails as "Not-Junk" in their Inbox.
